At Knoxx, we stand by the quality of our clothing and want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on clothing items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear

With all original tags still attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at knoxxcompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for size or style within the 30-day return window, as long as the item meets our return criteria. Email knoxxcompany@gmail.com to check availability and begin the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you and a discount code for your next order.
