Thank you for shopping with Knoxx. We're a made-to-order and presale-driven brand, which means all items are crafted and fulfilled with care. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing & Shipping Time

Most of our items are part of a presale. Because of this, shipping typically takes 5–14 business days after the presale period ends. This allows us to ensure quality production and accurate fulfillment of every order.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Important Notes:

  • Processing begins after the presale period ends, not immediately upon placing your order.

  • Orders placed during high-demand periods (such as drops or launches) may take the full 14 business days or slightly longer to ship.

  • We currently do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Knoxx is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Knoxx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For these cases, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, reach out to us — we're happy to help where possible.
